Don't tell me that you get it, or know how it feels...
You will never know, if you never experienced it!
and may you never be unfortunate enough to find out in a split second...
Since his death, I've been in a state of loss, confusion, anger, resentment, sorrow and uncertainty. I had and have to be strong for my family, but miss Tevan terribly. I often smell his cloths, talk to his picture, wear my cloths which he used to borrow, sleep on his bed and always find a way to mention his name, acts, memories, jokes and remarks. Almost every morning during my commute to school, I tear up thinking about him, or his last conversation and texts with me.
I don't sweat the petty stuff any more and learned not to judge people. I also have accepted the notion (after analyzing the circumstances); that Tevan's destiny was to be on this earth for only 19 years to spread his love, joy, care for others, radiant smile, beautiful personality, gentle demeanor, character and soar to the heavens above on the early morning hours of December 5, 2021.
The approach has become my journey, & self preservation!!! Our grief and bereavement when our son passed away.nd attitude to reach-out to his friends and youth to share our grief, despair and physical/mental deterioration and to tell them, about our intolerable suffering after his death so the audience can feel our torture (with no sympathy or empathy), and think twice before making hasty decisions which may cause them their lives.
The approach has become my journey, & self preservation!!!
